Our terms and conditions of delivery and returns

We offer a free delivery service on all large items, Scooters, Power Chairs, Rise and Recline Chairs, and Adjustable Beds, within the IP Postal Code Area. This free service provides for the delivery of the packed order to your address only. Please call 01473 718200 for delivery charges outside of the IP Postal code area as these will vary from county to county.

We are happy to unpack the order, and provide an installation, and full demonstration service by one of our qualified staff for only £70.00.

Standard Delivery

 We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £35.

For orders valued below £35 the delivery costs are

  • Orders valued up to £10 including VAT - £1.75
  • Orders valued between £10 and £35 including VAT - £2.75

 

All stock items are normally dispatched same or next day either by the royal mail (first class recorded) or by Parcel force 24 hour service or similar courier.

Deliveries will need to be signed for by the recipient and a card will be left if no one is in. If you miss your delivery you will be able to collect your parcel from your local depot or post office, details of this will be left on the couriers/royal mails card.

Please allow at least 5 full working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for delivery before contacting us if you have not received your order.

We always aim to despatch your goods as quickly as possible, by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Normally, this means that you will receive your order in 5-7 working days. We will do our best to inform you of any delay. If you have not received a delivery within 14 days of order confirmation, please contact us for advice.

We do not deliver outside mainland UK.

Pick up in-store

We offer the option to pick up your order direct from our store at no charge. We will inform you by email when your order is ready for collection. Whilst we hold many of the smaller items in stock, out of stock items should be available for collection within 3-4 working days (subject to availability). We will do our best to inform you of any delay. If you have not received a collection email within 14 days of order confirmation, please contact us for advice.

Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer a 14 day returns policy.

If, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order by informing us in writing or by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You may return them to us for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, and the original Receipt/Delivery Note. This pledge does not affect your statutory rights.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of personal hygiene products if the seal has been broken (unless they are faulty), or Special Order products. In these cases we reserve the right to refuse returns and/or to charge you any related costs.

If you return an item after the 14 day cancellation period, or in less than the original undamaged condition, we may not accept it, and it may be returned to you at your expense.

(For large items, we can arrange for a collection – please contact us for a cost).

Jencare Mobility cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Please return the item by an appropriate, secure method. We recommend you use Recorded Delivery or a courier. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of the return postage, unless the goods are faulty.

If a refund is due, we will aim to process this as quickly as possible, by cheque or to your credit card, within a maximum of 30 days
